Arihant Academy Ltd. (NSE: ARIHANTACA), a Mumbai-based premier coaching institution offering academic and competitive exam preparation services, has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, marking a period of significant financial and operational expansion.

The company reported a robust Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 9.11 crore for FY26, registering a sharp year-on-year growth of 104.85 percent compared to Rs. 4.45 crore in FY25. Consolidated revenue for the year stood at Rs. 64.87 crore, reflecting a substantial increase of 52.57 percent over Rs. 42.52 crore recorded in the previous financial year. The strong performance was driven by sustained student enrolments, expansion into new geographies, diversification into career-oriented academic programs, and continued operational efficiency improvements.

For the fourth quarter of FY26, Arihant Academy posted a PAT of Rs. 3.32 crore, representing an 87.28 percent quarter-on-quarter increase compared to Rs. 1.77 crore reported in Q3FY26. Quarterly revenue rose to Rs. 16.11 crore, marking a 10.78 percent increase over Rs. 14.54 crore in the preceding quarter. The company attributed the steady quarterly momentum to strong academic demand, scalable operations, and consistent institutional growth across its network.

Commenting on the performance, Co-Founder and Managing Director Anil Kapasi stated that the company had witnessed sustained momentum driven by increasing trust among students and parents, expanded academic opportunities, and the commitment of faculty and operational teams. He emphasized that the results reflected both financial strength and the scalability of the company’s long-term model, supported by disciplined execution and a student-focused approach.
